When you reach out, I start by getting to know your family. I’ll ask about your children’s ages, personalities, routines, any special needs, and the schedule you’re hoping for. You can share as much detail as you’d like, things like nap times, screen-time rules, pets in the home, and your parenting style all help me find the right fit.
As a mom myself, I know how big this decision is. This first step is all about listening to you and understanding what will make you feel safe, supported, and comfortable.
-
Once I understand your family’s needs, I begin the process of finding the perfect nanny match. I don’t rush this step, I take the time to look for someone who truly fits your schedule, your parenting style, and your child’s personality.
I personally review all the nannies in the Tampa Tots network and begin scouting for the right match. This process can take up to 2 weeks, depending on availability and the specific needs of your family. I want to make sure the person I send you is someone I would trust with my own child.
All Tampa Tots nannies are:
Interviewed by me
Background checked
CPR certified (or in the process of renewal)
Experienced with children
Warm, reliable, and committed
Once I’ve selected candidates that match your family, I send their profiles to you so you can choose who you'd like to meet. You can schedule a meet and greet or a paid trial shift to make sure the nanny feels right in your home.
There’s no pressure, you only move forward when you feel confident in the match.
-
I keep pricing very clear and simple so you always know exactly what you're paying for. Here’s the breakdown of how Tampa Tots billing works:

My job doesn’t stop once you hire your nanny. I stay available to both you and your nanny for support, questions, and adjustments as your family’s needs change.
Here’s what ongoing support looks like:
Help with schedule changes or added hours
A point person if any concerns or issues come up
Support for your nanny so they feel confident and clear on expectations
When possible, assistance with finding backup care if your nanny is sick or unavailable
I want you to feel like you’re not doing this alone. From one parent to another, I’m here to help make sure your childcare setup works smoothly for your whole family.
