Founder.

Hi, I’m Alaya!
I’m the founder of Tampa Tots Nanny Agency, and most importantly, I’m a brand-new mom to my sweet baby boy. Becoming a mother has changed my heart in the best way, and it’s also changed the way I run my agency. I understand on a whole new level what it feels like to trust someone else with your child, the worry, the anxiety, and the hope that the person you choose will love your baby the way you do.

That’s exactly why I built Tampa Tots.

I’ve worked in childcare for over 7 years, and throughout that time I always promised myself that I would hold every nanny I work with to the highest standards, the same standards I want for my own son. I personally interview, screen, and guide every nanny who joins Tampa Tots. I make sure they’re CPR certified, fully background checked, and truly passionate about working with children.

Now as a mom, my mission has only grown stronger. I know firsthand that families aren’t looking for just “help.” You’re looking for someone who respects your routines, keeps your child safe, communicates openly, and fits right into your home like they’ve always been a part of it.
